The French Directorate General for Enterprise (DGE), under the authority of the Ministry of the Economy, Industry and the Digital Sector, decided to engage in a collective thinking process on the valuation of intangible assets generated by innovation.

We are pleased to participate in this working group which originates in the observation that, in France, intangible assets such as patents, trademarks, software and know-how are not sufficiently taken into account in the company valuation in comparison with other industrialized countries.

Involved in this field of financial valuation of intangible assets, we will actively contribute to this nine-months long working group, led by the DGE. We are confident that the conclusions will be followed up by actions in favor of businesses, whatever their size.
