Context
An entrepreneur consulted Brandon Valorisation regarding an innovative process in the field of circular economy. He wished to create an industrial company to produce and commercialize the technology.
After an initial study of the project, we advised him to deal with the protection aspects of his technology. Our client therefore assigned this mission to our partner, Brandon IP, patent and trademark attorneys.
Recommendations and actions – licensing agreement
First, Brandon Valorisation analyzed the context, and more specifically, the required investments to realize such a project. We then recommended the implementation of a licensing agreement with an industrial partner for the production, the commercialization and maintenance being developed by our client.
This strategy, accepted by our client, enabled him to enter into a balanced, exclusive, and duly paid licensing agreement.
Brandon Valorisation conducted all the negotiations up to and including the contract signing. Other actions are in progress in Europe.
